Product Description
NYB Series Vertical Leaf Filter
The filter is composed of shell, filtration plate, cover, and automatic dump device. The filtration plate is made of many layers of stainless steel filtration materials, and they are installed on the central liquid collection pipe, so it can be dismantled for cleaning very conveniently.
Competitive Advantages
This equipment has many advantages such as unique structure, compact volume, high filter efficiency, fineness of filtered liquor, no material wastage, without consumption of filter paper or filter cloth. It only consumes small quantity of filter aid and can be conveniently maintained, cleaned and operated at very low cost.
Stainless Steel Filter Leaf
Filter leaves installed at the centre liquid pipe are made by multilayer stainless steel which have long service time and could be cleaned up and replaced conveniently.
Complete Filter System
A whole filter system is made up of NYB type filter, mixing cylinder, transfer pump, piping, valve, electric control system and some assistant equipments. The filter techniques shall be decided by filter medium.
